Pathways & Pikes Peak Hospice Team Members Connect with Hospice and Homecare Leaders at HHAC Conference
Pathways and Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care team members joined professionals from across Colorado to collaborate, learn, and support the future of hospice, palliative care, and homecare services
Last week, team members from Pathways and Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care attended the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado (HHAC) conference, joining agencies and healthcare professionals from across the state for several days of collaboration, education, and connection.
The conference created opportunities for attendees to engage in important conversations surrounding hospice, palliative care, and homecare services while learning from peers and industry leaders dedicated to improving care for patients and families throughout Colorado.
HHAC is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization representing home health, home care, and hospice agencies across all 64 Colorado counties. The organization focuses on advocacy, education, resources, and strengthening the home care and hospice profession across the state.
For Pathways and Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care team members, the conference offered meaningful opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss industry trends, and strengthen partnerships with organizations that share a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
As Pathways and Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care continues serving individuals and families across Colorado, participating in statewide events like the HHAC conference helps ensure our teams remain informed, connected, and engaged in the future of hospice and palliative care services.
We are grateful for the opportunity to represent Pathways and Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care and learn alongside so many dedicated professionals working to make a positive difference in communities throughout Colorado.
