Pathways is proud to welcome Marianne Buss as Vice President of Clinical Services, bringing nearly 30 years of nursing experience and 18 years of healthcare leadership to the organization.
Throughout her distinguished career, Marianne has been dedicated to advancing clinical excellence, improving quality outcomes, and ensuring patients receive compassionate, patient-centered care. Her experience spans a variety of healthcare settings, where she has successfully led teams, strengthened clinical operations, and supported healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care.
At the heart of Marianne's leadership philosophy is a commitment to the patient experience.

In her role as Vice President of Clinical Services, Marianne will provide leadership and strategic direction for clinical programs across Pathways. She will work closely with care teams to strengthen quality initiatives, support professional development, and ensure patients and families continue to receive the exceptional care and support for which Pathways is known.
