Care Synergy Invests in Leadership Development Across Its Network

Strong organizations are built by strong leaders, and last Thursday, Care Synergy demonstrated that commitment by bringing together leaders from across its network for a full day of Leadership Development Training.

The event provided an opportunity for leaders from throughout Care Synergy and its Affiliates to learn together, strengthen connections, and build the skills needed to support employees and the communities they serve.

The day began with remarks from CEO-Elect Tricia Ford, who reflected on the many accomplishments Care Synergy and its Affiliates have achieved over the past year. From expanding access to care and strengthening programs to serving more individuals and families across Colorado, the presentation celebrated the collective impact made possible through the dedication of employees across the organization. Tricia also shared her vision for the future, highlighting opportunities to continue growing, innovating, and advancing Care Synergy's mission.

The training continued with interactive presentations led by Dr. Nancy Hernandez, Care Synergy's Vice President of Clinical Education, and Crystal O'Brien, Care Synergy's Vice President of Human Resources. Together, they explored several essential leadership topics, including change management, practical approaches to project management, and strategies for navigating difficult conversations with confidence, empathy, and respect.

Throughout the day, participants exchanged ideas, learned from one another, and gained practical tools they can immediately apply within their teams. The sessions reinforced that effective leadership is built on continuous learning, thoughtful communication, and a willingness to embrace change.
